BACP REGISTERED COUNSELLOR

Welcome and thank you for visiting Reflection Counselling.

I am passionate about providing a warm, safe, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.

I believe that feeling heard, understood, and accepted is the foundation for meaningful change, and I feel priviledged to support people through life's challenges.

My career has always centred on helping others, with my vast experience in teaching, running my own drama school, home tutoring and counselling.

Alongside my professional experience, being a parent has given me valuable insight into the complexities of family life and raising neurodivergent children.

I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals. As someone who is diagnosed with ADHD, I combine professional knowledge with lived experience. I recognise that everyone's experience is unique and I'm committed to providing support that reflects your individual needs.

Outside of my practise, I enjoy spending time with my family, performing in plays and shows, swimming, walking, travel and visiting National Trust properties.
